Skatelite is our premium skate ramp surface that has made appearances in the X-Games and has been praised by some of the world’s leading skateboarders and extreme athletes. Skatelite is known for its ability to stand up against those who love to play hard.

Position: Marketing Assistant

Position Breakdown:

  • Assist Marketing Manager in general marketing projects.
  • Support the Marketing Coordinator with E-Commerce.
  • Maintain Skatelite/Richlite Photo Library.
  • Assist Social Media Manager with engagement on social media platforms.
  • Order and maintain office/marketing supplies.
  • Coordinate sticker fulfillment database, package stickers, mail out and maintain customer contact information.
  • Other tasks may be assigned as needs rise.

Qualifications Breakdown:

  • Highly organized – We will be counting on you to keep Marketing organized and prepared, so get ready to have your organizational skills shine.
  • Expert at time management- You will be juggling a few things here and there for a number of people, being able to manage your day, duties and time is key.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently – AKA if you don’t have an assigned task, give yourself one, there is always something you can do to support the team.
  • Experience in MS Office and Social Media savvy.
  • Comfortably roll with the punches – Things don’t always go by a schedule no matter how hard you try, be prepared to drop one thing to support the Marketing Department meet deadlines, then go right back to what you were working on.

Position: International Sales Support

Here is what we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who LOVES details, organization and probably a few more details. The International Sales Support specialist isn’t just sales support, they are truly the conduit of information to our team for everything International.

Our ideal candidate will possess some (if not all) of the following qualities:

  • Appreciation for details; even the littlest ones
  • A calm and cool energy
  • A love of knowledge and information
  • Adaptable communication skills
  • Understanding of logistics
  • Customer Service super star

This role will play a critical part in streamlining our International processes internally and externally by doing some of the following:

  • Follow up with International product inquiries
  • Liaise between International customers and Sales & Marketing team
  • Facilitate international freight (ocean and air)
  • Create and maintain International Customer flow charts
  • Main conduit for all International updates, orders, shipments, etc.
  • Provide updates on International order status
  • Maintain International customer database
  • Monitor orders throughout the entire production process
  • Point person for all International distributors and clients regarding Richlite /Skatelite
