Our products, crafted from layers of recycled paper and thermosetting resin, are used in industries ranging from aerospace and architecture to culinary and industrial design. But what truly sets us apart isn’t just what we make – it’s how we make it. Our CEO, Rodney Bomb, says it best: “We think of our business as being built into the ground in Tacoma.” And he means that literally, our factory presses are embedded into the very foundation of our facility. But it’s also a metaphor for how deeply we’re rooted in this community. Rodney, who’s been part of Richlite since childhood, shares a personal connection to Tacoma that mirrors our company’s journey.
